QA Analyst: Responsibilities: assess, evaluate and review manufacturing operations to determine if current GMP is met, ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and resolve GMP issues, perform internal audits for compliance of regulations and company policies, author and execute process, packaging and cleaning validation protocols and prepare reports, validate SOPs, control analytical records and review batch production records, sample incoming materials and in process samples. Production Supervisor: Supervise employees within production (granulation, compression, encapsulation and coating) and packaging department to ensure quality is met. Responsibilities include but not limited to: production planning, reviewing batch records, maintaining appropriate records/reports, providing training to production/packaging personnel. Overseeing production technicians and providing technical assistance when needed, such as maintenance and programming of production machinery. Writing validation protocol and equipment performance qualification protocols. Writing standard operating procedures for production and manufacturing areas. Applicant must have at least a Bachelors Degree or a min. of 3 years experience (not academic) in the pharmaceutical industry.

Manufacturing Operator: Candidate should have knowledge of manufacturing procedures, good manufacturing systems and familiarity with regulatory and Standard Operating Procedures. Experience in granulation, milling, compression, and encapsulation. Conformance to GMP and SOP requirements by following batch records accurately in granulation, encapsulation, and compression. Perform setup, cleaning and troubleshooting of encapsulation machines and tablet presses. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure. Experience in a pharmaceutical or bio pharmaceutical environment. Applicant must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
